Terms and Conditions:
- I understand that you will personally review my application and it, together with this Enrollment Form, officially indicates my interest in being accepted into this program.
- I understand that if I am accepted that I will immediately move forward with the financial commitment for the program. That includes having my credit card charged for the initial, non-refundable program payment deposit for the program. This deposit is applied to the total program balance due.
- The payment option I select will then begin according to terms outlined above.
- I understand that the Visible and Valued® Platinum-Level program is a three-month commitment If, for any reason, I choose not to continue or choose to stop participating, I will continue to be financially liable for the fees of this program.
- REFUNDS: If at any time either the Client or Elizabeth Bachman believes that the Program is no longer serving the needs of the Client, either one may initiate a discussion to rectify the situation prior to canceling the Program or training sessions. Initial contact should be through email wherein the Client or Elizabeth Bachman details their beliefs and reasons for such beliefs. Then a discussion will ensue to resolve any issues and determine a resolution between the Client and Elizabeth Bachman. If after this discussion both parties agree the resolution to be termination of the agreement, then a refund of the amount paid for any unused services will be given to the Client within fourteen (14) business days. No refunds will be made for any meetings maintained or scheduled where there was a “Client No Show.”
- I agree not to distribute the program materials, including giving access to client area(s) of Elizabeth’s website(s) to anyone else.
- I agree to hold my coaching fees in confidence between myself and ELIZABETH BACHMAN. I will not reveal them to anyone else.
- ELIZABETH BACHMAN has my permission to acknowledge me publicly as a client. (Optional)
- ELIZABETH BACHMAN has my permission to use me as a reference. (Optional)
- ELIZABETH BACHMAN has my permission to record our sessions. At any time, I can ask for a session not to be recorded. Barring unforeseen technical difficulties, Elizabeth will provide me with a recording of each session. (Optional)
By proceeding, I acknowledge that:
I have read the policies provided here and in the program letter and I agree to participate fully in the Program, pay my coaching fees on time, and show up 100% in any way possible!
I understand that Elizabeth is not a licensed therapist, legal advisor or financial advisor, and that I am responsible for all my thoughts, feelings and actions. I will ask questions and clarify anything I don’t understand. I am committed to doing everything I need to do to get 100% from my coaching relationship.
